About the film:
A soldier visits Times Square in New York City and is confronted by a bus boy in need of help. As the soldier tries to determine what the problem is, he discovers a strange body that turns his world upside-down. His only escape from the painful noise of this new world is alcohol. After crossing paths with more strange characters, the intoxicated soldier gives in and becomes another homeless veteran plaguing the streets of New York.

About the filmmaker:
Kenneth Anderson is a graduate student at The New School in NYC and a film and visual effects director. When not directing short film and video experiments, he spends his time creating eccentric websites and hanging out at various pubs in Manhattan's Lower East Side. His short film Veterans Affairs was inspired by his personal experience with post-traumatic stress disorder as a veteran of the war in Iraq. Kenneth is currently producing several other short films and transmedia ventures that deal with similar subject matter.
