About the film:
Filmmakers A.J. Wilhelm and Jason Orfanon follow Billy-O, a forty-something bachelor, on a pilgrimage to his favorite public “break-up spot” in the heart of New York City. Along the way, they meet a variety of people who reveal their own deeply personal stories of love, heartbreak, and regret. The film was edited by Jennifer Quilo. Music by Twi the Humble Feather.

About the filmmaker:

Jason Orfanon is a writer, photographer and filmmaker with a passion for people, nature, and adventure. His credits include projects for National Geographic Television, PBS, NPR, BBC, and TruTV, as well as independent short films and features.

AJ Wilhelm is a freelance photographer and filmmaker whose work has been published by New York Magazine, GQ, The FADER, Washington Post, and National Geographic Books, among others. Raised in the Midwest, AJ currently lives in New York City.
